Our Step-By-Step Process
We believe that the foundation for a stress free and peaceful home is planning.
This first step for any project is a free 30-minute phone consultation. This conversation helps our team to get to know you, and where you are in the home building journey.
Much like a first date, the consultation is important to determine if we’re a match.
During the first meeting, we gather as much information about your design goals as possible.
This client-designer relationship ensures that your new home is a stress-free environment that you look forward to coming home to for many years to come.

With all details from our conversation, we pull everything together and start the schematic design process with a confident understanding of your dream home.
To ensure all the details correct, we now begin the design review meetings. In our first meeting you will receive the full-size schematic design print for review. We offer two additional meetings to review and revise the schematic design. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied, therefore, we will send revisions by email if you find minor changes that need to be done.
The design phase is complete. Now it’s time to prepare the plans for your safekeeping and for delivery to the builder. Once the files have been delivered to the build team of your choice, you can be assured that the Wagner Design team will be available to both the client and the builder if the need arises.
With our years of experience in the architectural industry and first-hand knowledge of building, we are confident that with our professional drawings, your contractor will easily and quickly be able to complete the dream home we started.
