Our one-on-one personal service has created hundreds of happy clients and dream homes. Whether it’s your first custom build of age-in-place retirement home, we will walk you through every part of the design process.
1. The First Date
The best way to find the best design/build team for you, is by speaking with them! That’s why we begin all of our relationships with a 30 minute phone consultation.
This is our “first date” where we get to know each other and determine if we are the best fit for each other, no obligation required.
2. Now, we meet.
So, you’re ready to move forward? Great! Now, it’s time to meet.
During the first meeting, our team gathers as much information as possible about your dream home and your lifestyle.
We ask that our clients bring in photos, magazine clippings and other forms of inspiration while also answering questions and sharing details about their lifestyle.
3. Design Begins
We pull everything together and start the schematic design process with a confident understanding of your dream home.
The first .pdfs will be emailed to you, ready for an extensive revision process.
4. Revise and Revise Again
We make sure you love every inch of your home.
To get all the details correct, we now begin the review meetings. We generally offer three formal reviews, allowing us ample time to make sure you are satisfied.
Unlike other designers, it is our standard practice to share a 3D walkthrough of your home. This allows our clients to see their home laid out as if it were built.
